He called it Homes Direct bringing a FULL estate agency service to the buying and selling public, at an affordable price.

Personal Service - Unlike most other agents, the person assigned to value your home will be the person that deals with the sale right through to moving day.
No stream of different people dealing with you, No oh its sold now the file has been transferred to our Sales administration centre in Outer Mongolia.

No Long Term Commitment - Most agents nowadays will expect you to sign a long term contract handcuffing you to them for anything up to 26 weeks! At Homes Direct we just expect fair play, we are committing ourselves going all out to sell your home, in return we expect you to give us a fair chance to prove ourselves to you, therefore you are free to withdraw your property with no penalties after 8 weeks. You can even withdraw within 8 weeks by paying a small cancellation fee of £100 + vat.

Longer Opening Hours - "Agents are closed when you want to talk to them" a common complaint, not with Homes Direct, Our lines are open until 6:30pm Wednesday, phone up before we close and we will mail the details, First Class to arrive next day, lines open Saturday until 3pm. Embracing Technology - but not letting it take us over we were one of the first agents to open an internet website, in 1998, you are now looking at our new second generation site, our second site when most of the other agents are struggling to open their first! We have been using use digital photography technology to speed the time gap between instruction to full details being available. BUT we still offer an individual service listening to our client and advising them all the way from Valuation to Completion.
